Each Heavenly Heat infrared product is covered by an excellent Warranty. Most of the parts are covered for 10 years. This includes the wood construction and electronics. The only part carrying less is the heater which carries a 6 year warranty. However, even the heater is likely to last you for decades.
NOTE on Control Panel: The control panel is made in Canada and is of excellent quality. If one goes bad, in almost every case it is within the first year and is covered. It is an extremely rare occurrence for the panel to malfunction after this time.
